We Have Dedicated Lettings & Maintenance Teams

Our lettings staff possess extensive local knowledge, are very friendly and will provide you with an excellent personal service to help you move into the property you want.
We have a full team of dedicated & experienced maintenance staff who will ensure that any issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Our Properties & Locations

All our properties are either recently renovated 2- or 3-bed terraced or semi-detached houses. We carry out renovation & maintenance works in-house.

Our properties are located in many regions around the North-West and North-East of the UK. We are continuously growing as a Business and expanding into new towns and regions. Some of the towns included are listed below, but this is not an exhaustive list.

North-West:

Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Padiham, Accrington, Blackburn, Rishton, Brierfield, Great Harwood, Darwen

North-East:

Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Hartlepool, Peterlee, Durham County Area including many smaller towns

We are fully licensed members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). We are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme. All our staff are very experienced with many of them being full members of ARLA.
